Archaeologists find ancient female-led society in Turkiye

Archaeologists have discovered evidence of an ancient female-led society in the ruins of a city in present-day Turkiye. Researchers studied 300 skeletons in the 9,000-year-old city of Catalhoyuk and found a civilization where families were headed by women and girls.
