Catastrophic risk for explosion eliminated

In California, officials say they’ve made major progress on the chemical tank threatening tens of thousands. The area isn’t out of the woods yet. There’s still concerns about a possible fire, small explosion and leak. NBC News’ Steve Patterson reports.
