Healthcare CEO apologizes for coverage problems

Two weeks after NBC News reported on coverage issues being had by beneficiaries of TriWest Healthcare Alliance, the company’s CEO has released a letter apologizing to the healthcare administrator’s 4.2 million beneficiaries. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports in our series “The Cost of Denial.”
