Angel Reese Teams With Reese’s And Reebok For New Signature Shoe

Today, Angel Reese has teamed with Reese’s and Reebok for the Angel Reese 1 “REESE’S,” a new edition of her first signature basketball shoe. Arriving next month, the release brings together two brands the WNBA star already has longstanding relationships with while playing off the nickname she uses for her fans.

The shoe takes its visual cues from Reese’s Pieces candy, using orange with touches of yellow and brown throughout the design. Reebok and Reese’s branding appears on the tongue and sockliners, while each pair comes packaged in a limited-edition orange box.

“The Angel Reese 1 ‘REESE’S’ is one of the colorways I’ve been most excited to drop this season,” Reese said in a statement. “Bringing together two of my long-term partners for a fun and unexpected collab is special. We designed this colorway especially for my fans, for the Reese’s Pieces!”

The collaboration adds another chapter to Reese’s relationship with the candy brand. She has previously appeared on Reese’s cereal boxes and in advertising campaigns for the company. The sneaker also arrives following the launch of Reese’s Pieces with Chocolate Cookie.

Reese introduced the Angel Reese 1 with Reebok in 2025, becoming the brand’s first female basketball player with a signature shoe since Rebecca Lobo. The sneaker was developed for play while incorporating details inspired by Reese’s personal style.

The Angel Reese 1 “REESE’S” will be available in adult and kids’ sizes beginning October 20 through Reebok and select retailers.

ESSENCE: What does collaborating with Reese’s and Reebok on this signature shoe mean to you? 

Angel Reese: It’s really special because I love finding ways to merge all of my favorite things and different parts of who I am. Basketball and fashion are both such a big part of my world, and my fans–who call themselves the REESE’S PIECES –have been with me through it all. Being able to bring that connection together with Reese’s and Reebok through my own signature shoe feels like such a full-circle moment. I love that we were able to create something that’s personal to me, fun for my fans and brings all of those worlds together. 

How did REESE’S PIECES inspire the shoe’s design and colorway? 

AR: REESE’S PIECES was such a fun inspiration for this Angel Reese 1 colorway. The iconic Reese’s orange, yellow and brown come to life in a way that feels bold, playful and true to my style. I love taking something people instantly recognize and putting my own spin on it. Launching the shoe alongside REESE’S PIECES with Chocolate Cookie makes it even more special and brings the whole collaboration together. 

What performance features were most important to include in the Angel Reese 1?

AR: The Angel Reese 1 is built to dominate on the court – Reebok ERS midsole tech offers me stability and flexibility for quick movements and a rubber outsole for traction and grip. 

What will you remember most about winning a gold medal with Team USA?

AR: I think I’ll remember the feeling of finally having that gold medal around my neck. Representing my country has always been such a blessing and an honor, and this was something I had dreamed about for a long time.

How has joining the Atlanta Dream influenced this chapter of your career?

AR: Joining the Dream has been such a special new chapter for me. I came to Atlanta because I wanted to win and be surrounded by people who were going to push me to get better every single day. I’ve felt so supported and welcomed from the beginning. I genuinely love being in Atlanta, and at the end of the day my biggest goal is still to do whatever I can to help this team win.

What has the support from Atlanta fans meant to you so far?

AR: The love from Atlanta has meant so much to me. From the moment I got here, the fans really embraced me and made me feel at home, and I definitely feel that energy every time I step on the court.  I’m excited to keep giving that same energy back to the city and giving the fans plenty to be excited about.
