The stars were outside this week, with some of our favorites popping up at major events from Atlanta to Los Angeles. With summer in full swing, there was plenty happening in entertainment, sports and music, giving us another packed edition of Star Gazing.
San Diego Comic-Con brought Keke Palmer, Aaron Pierre and Shaboozey to California as fans got a preview of what’s coming next in film and television. In Chicago, WNBA All-Star Weekend welcomed some of basketball’s biggest names, including A’ja Wilson, while the league’s stars hit the Orange Carpet ahead of the festivities.
Music also had a strong showing. Tyla took over Rockefeller Plaza for a performance on Today, while Hot 97 Summer Jam returned to New Jersey with Yung Miami, Lola Brooke and Fat Joe among the artists hitting the stage. Back in New York, 50 Cent joined Deborah Ayorinde and the cast of Fightland to celebrate the STARZ series ahead of its premiere.
